Maverick Commercial Mortgage arranged a $5,850,000 first mortgage permanent financing loan for a 65,000-square-foot multi-tenant loft office building at 935 West Chestnut Street in the River West neighborhood of Chicago. Built in 1898 and renovated in 2013, the building has 6 loft-style floors with views of downtown Chicago. The 13-year non-recourse loan paid off the existing first mortgage, covered closing costs and provided proceeds to the borrower.
