  Benjamin L. Kadish. President  
  On December 1, 2006, Benjamin L. Kadish formed Maverick Commercial Mortgage, Inc. The purpose of the company is to provide real estate financings for developers and investors from $2,000,000 to $200,000,000. The company has located in a renovated office building developed by one of Kadish's clients in the west loop. The firm has an expanding list of clients which should produce 30 to 40 closings totaling in excess of $300 million dollars per year.


In 2007,
six loans have been funded for more than $120 million dollars in the first two months on properties varying from construction financing for $70,000,000 on a mixed use project, three single tenant bank facilities, one large industrial property and one mobile home park.

In 2006 , mortgage closings from 50 transactions in excess of $368,000,000 on multi-family, mobile home parks, mixed use, hotel, office, industrial and retail properties in seven states.

In 2005 , Kadish funded $344 million in financings, including a large hotel portfolio financing for $181,000,000.

During 2000-2004, Kadish closed seventy mortgage or equity financing transactions for in excess of $740 million dollars for office buildings, industrial buildings, shopping centers, hotels, mobile home parks and apartment buildings. Closings for 2004 exceeded $145 million dollars with several large industrial, retail, office and multi-family and mobile home park loans

In February 1999 until December 2006, Mr. Kadish served in the capacity of Managing Director for Prairie Realty Advisors, Inc. Normal loan closings during a year averaged in excess of $150 million dollars with properties financed across the United States.

In 1990, Mr. Kadish and other associates formed Mesirow Realty Finance, at Mesirow Financial, a regional investment banking and insurance company.

From 1983 through 1990, he became one of the leading mortgage loan producers for Capital Realty Services, Inc. a Chicago based independent mortgage banking company that grew from four employees to twenty employees during his tenure.

From 1981 through 1983, Kadish was employed with a consulting firm specializing in the structure and placement of industrial revenue bonds.

Benjamin L. Kadish has been employed as a commercial mortgage broker in Chicago since 1981. Mr. Kadish graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1980.
 
 

 

 
     
       
  Dean P. Giannakopoulos. Analyst  
  Dean Giannakopoulos joined Maverick Commercial Mortgage, Inc. at its inception as a Real Estate Analyst and is responsible for the financial analysis, underwriting, market and property due diligence, and marketing materials of Maverick's loan originations.

Mr. Giannakopoulos is proficient in underwriting all income producing property types and has assisted Mr. Kadish in the closing of over $550 million since entering the business in 2005.

Dean holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign's College of Commerce. He graduated in 2004 focusing his curriculum on real estate finance. In addition, Dean holds his Illinois Real Estate Salesperson's license.
