Maverick Commercial Mortgage, Inc. has been formed by Benjamin L. Kadish with offices located at 853 North Elston Avenue, Chicago, IL.
After more than 34 years in the Chicago mortgage banking industry and funding more than $3.5 billion dollars in financings, Mr. Kadish is hanging out his own shingle and is looking to continue providing exemplary customer (client) services in originating commercial mortgages for the firm’s real estate developers and investors.
Maverick’s focus is to obtain competitive mortgage loans for its clients on all commercial property types. Loans range from $2,000,000 to $200 million for individual properties or portfolios of real estate assets.
At his predecessor firm, Mr. Kadish funded one billion dollars of mortgage commitments and closings over the last three years.
It is our goal to bring competitive mortgage quotes to our clients within one week and close loans within sixty days from the initial discussions. We start the closing process from the first client contact, and attempt to reduce the stress during the sometimes grueling course of closing commercial mortgages by bringing enthusiasm and professionalism to the task.
